So, The next thing I know you are wondering is how much will the job cost? Well, there are no two jobs that are exactly the same, so it is extremely hard to give a exact price without actually inspecting the job site. But, I can give you an idea of our pricing structure:
Do you give free estimates? Yes, and No. If you are located in a reasonable distance form us, and depending on the exact specifics of the job, then yes we will gladly come out and provide you with a free estimate. If you live further away, due to travel time involved and fuel prices we may have to charge a inspection fee. However, IF a inspection fee is necessary and you decide to let us do the job, then we will gladly allow the inspection fee to be used towards your total job cost.
Will I get a warranty? Yes!! All our work will come with a one year warranty. This means if we trap/remove/exclude a animal(s) from your house, then we will warranty the work for a period of one year. If a animal re-enters your house from a point you have paid us to fix, then we will trap and remove the animal and fix any damage free of charge.
**NOTE: The warranty will ONLY cover areas that you agreed and paid us to fix!! If a animal enters from a location we did not fix or exclude, then the warranty will not cover that occurrence. IF you, or anyone else, or another contractor alters our work in ANY WAY the warranty will not cover that occurrence!!**
In certain situations, we may offer a extended warranty for an additional charge to be agreed on by us and the client.

- There will be a trapping fee (usually 1 or 2 weeks) this will cover all aspects of trapping the animal(s)--trap setting, baiting, checking the trap, removing the animal(s). This will be a FLAT RATE charge. No per animal charge. I have found this to be the most effective way to charge for me as well as the consumer. Some companies will charge a trap setting fee and a per animal charge. This may work good for them, but most of our customers don't want to pay individually for 15 or 20 flying squirrels trapped out of the attic. If you get more than one estimate, just be sure you are comparing apples to apples.
- In most cases there will also be a animal damage or cleanup charge as well as a animal exclusion charge. This involves fixing any animal holes in the side of your house or boxing, cleaning up any animal waste or debris left behind in your attic or crawlspaces. It may also include any sheet rock or interior wall or ceiling repair. Once the damage and cleanup are done, I will then fix the animal entry point, and it may be necessary to fix any other "problem" areas that may be inviting for another animal to re-enter the house. This work is usually priced based on any materials needed and a per hour labor charge--basically the same way a plumber, mechanic shop, or any other professional would charge for their services.
